under this name "Vidal & Sohn Tempo-Werk GmbH" (Hamburg - Harburg) You can find more information about this company. Here three other pics of this vehicle with a Thermos superstructure (Thermos-Aufbau).

Maybe You are right. But why do You think that these are two companies? They had nearly the same adress: Elbdeich 6 and Elbdeich 9 in Hamburg - Harburg. The company was not so so small: 1949 there were 2000 workers. And the company had 9 branches in Hamburg.
