I suppose the lid tilts..That's right ?

But I don't understand the sense of mounting two headlights ( Covered ) in the car, if they always use the Notek light for night drive

notek was for night driving in convoy, as not to "light" the vehicle in front, and become visible from the air
the headlight covers were used when traveling alone (one vehicle)
