Sd. Kfz. 250/7 Ausf. A (Alte) help finding reference photos

Hey guys,

I'm struggling to find interesting reference photos for the Sd. Kfz. 250/7 Ausf. A Mortar Carrier. I'm primarly looking for SS vehicles, preferably in winter white wash schemes. It'd be perfect if one could somehow make out the plate numbers and the division insignia.

Thank you.

You might struggle to find any for 2 reasons.
1: The small problem is 250/7 mortar wagon is hard to identify as u rarely can see the top of the mortar tube over the sides. Overhead images are very rare. The best identifier is if it is carrying the mortar baseplate on the rear to the right of the door.
2: The main problem is did any SS div get issued alte body 250/7s?
The alte body 250 ceased production in Oct 43. So how many SS divisions had a fully fitted panzer aufklarung abt, including a lePz.Aufk.Kp. (Gepanzerte) by Oct 43. That was the only 250 company, authorised 250/7s, in its 4th schwere platoon. In 1943 it was usually the 3rd company out of 5, in 1944 it was usually the 2nd company of 4. So look for vehicles numbers like 34X or 24X.
Checking Nevenkin's Fire Brigades, he says none of these SSPz Divs had lePz.Aufk.Kp. until 1944: I've checked 1st,2nd,3rd,5th,10th,12th. They either had VW equipped 2nd and/or 3rd and/or 4th companies in 43, or those companies were only SPW equipped after Oct 43. 11th SS had neu body 250s. Nevenkin does state that 9th SS had a 3rd and 4th lePz.Aufk.Kp. (gep) by Oct 22 1943, so maybe they had some alte body 250s. But I've never seen any. Ask Hohenstauffen scholars.
I don't think there were any alte 250/7s in the SS. Hence the lack of photos.
