VK501,sdkfz 280 or the Kätzchen from Auto union?

This prototype is sometimes refer as Sdkfz 280,VK 501 or the Kätzchen from Auto union,wich one is true?

and the drawing for the Kätzchen from auto union also seem to be different from the photographed prototype :

The photos are a VK 501.
NOTHING to do with the Katchen series depicted in your line drawings. VK 501 was a supply vehicle, not an SPW Katchen. Its in Panzertracts 17 Gepanzerte Nachschub Fahrzeuge:

The above line drawings show the first design, which only had side door hatches.
The design was improved to include a rear door for loading stretchers, as shown below, and that's what got built as the prototype:
