Stug's at Stonne, a Reality Check

Post by Brady » 21 Feb 2020 16:37

I know there were Panzerjager I's at Stonne, but I had thought there were no Stug's that took part in the fighting, yet this would suggest other wise, can any one clear this up ?

The 14 May end-of-day situation map shows 1. Panzer-Division within five kilometers of Stonne, moving west across Canal des Ardennes about two kilometers east of Omont. These maps would sometimes not be entirely accurate, however, due to the fog of war.
