Panther turret compressor

Hello,

Usually i'm taking part in some discussions in neighbouring fortifications forum, but now I have a question regarding panzers:
- what type of air compressor was installed in Panther turret? It seems like it was constructed especially for Panther, as construction drawings were issued? Or it was a standard equipment, installed also in cars or other machines?
