Pros and cons of belleville washer suspension.

What are the pros and cons of belleville washer suspension found in german E-series tank and post war Swiss panzer 61?
I only know that it is really cheap and simple more so than leaf-spring.

It has very high energy storage capacity on a small dimension. It does, however, not allow for large wheel travel.
