Vulnerability of german non armoured halftracks

The german army used a full series of non armoured halftracks: sdkfz 10, 11, 6,7,8,9 for multiple uses during the war. Of course they were better than common trucks to carry or pull heavy loads around out of roads although costly . But they were also used as platforms for Anti aircraft weapons that very often provided wellcome direct fire support to infantry.

Their chasis seems quite resistant to small arms fire but, were they less vulnerable than truks to small arms fire ??
