If I recall correctly it was an experimental mineclearing vehicle.

There is a surviving example at the Museum of Armored Forces in Kubinka, Russia.

It is identified as a "German mineclearing vehicle - Alkett Minenraumfahrzeug" on the first of the below links.

Looks like a modified Sd Kfz 231 hull ans a Pz 1 turret and a type of wheel similar to the Minenraumpanzer Raumer.
