This is the first time I see this version. From the front it looks like a KM in a cover. And the turret itself looks like something similar to the SdKfz 223.
These are all the photos I have of the Panhard 178 without the turret (but with the KM installation).

Of course I meant MG. In Polish KM = karabin maszynowy (machine gun)
