I don't know about Bert but I'm sure it is L4.
Keep in mind the wheels often aren't sure ID, for with most manufacturers they are optional and upon request of the customer. Just one example:
BTW, the upper truck wheels are known as "split rims type" or with their trade name "Trilex" (because the rim is split to 3 sections). If my memory still serves me, simplex is something related with the geometry which I don't like much.
