it is a special military vehicle: a Latil M 2 TL 6. Here two pics of this vehicle with trailers of the "groupe mobile laboratoire de photographie type 900" (source of the pics: "L´automobile sous l´uniforme" by Francois Vauvillier.

Very good, Bert. Thanks for the photos. So it has a smaller payload and the 4 cyl. M2 rather than the 6 cyl. H2 engine then. Interesting.

it is a Mercedes-Benz type L 3000 S radio motor vehicle (Funkkraftwagen). There are some subvariants of this vehicle, but I cannot identify it. I´m rather sure, that it is a vehicle of the Luftwaffe like the vehicle on the pic here (source: ebay).

Hi Alif,
I think it is a Kfz. 21 Command Car based on the Horch 901. Only a few were produced for very high ranking officers. Very nice find. Here's Rommel in one:
