Ummmhhhh....My image seems to match with L2000 truck posted by Bert...

It is difficult to ensure as all MB trucks seems very similar...

I think FAUN Z 63 comes pretty close to the look of the tractor in question:

The van is on French chassis BTW, the genuine Swiss Saurers are with Trilex wheels.

Those Rascals have a habit of blocking ID points when you most need them. Very interesting truck indeed. A one-off maybe? That side door looks like a field mod.
