civilian requisitioned 1935 Ford with gas bottles on the cargo bed and an extra radiator(?) up front. Lost it's fancy radiator grid anyhow and is fixed with a non standard bumper and a bar between the headlights.

That looks like a Hanomag Rekord up front but what about that strange column behind it?

My guess would be that is a dummy tank to deceive aerial reconnaissance. Missing some of the canvas tarpaulin to complete the illusion.

Just decoy would not need a tracked undercarriage. Maybe a training vehicle.
