I have come across a few foreign language forums (i.e. German and Russian) that all suggest the following is an Alkett zugmaschine (what designation I am unsure). For those who think it's the Käelble Z6R3A, I have two other photos of one for comparison, and the first photo looks different than the Käelble Z6R3A photos I supplied. Thoughts?

Unknown Alkett (?)

Hi Apollo,
I have the unknown tractor as a Fuchsl ca.1942. It's definitely not a Z6R3A. And thanks for the good quality photo.
Cheers,
Max

Very good photo (thanks by the way)... but that did not answer my question. The forum you linked is one of the few I looked at. It's an Alkett vehicle, for sure, not Käelble, but what's the story? Does it even have a designation? Was it made in competition with the vehicle Käelble supplied, as part of a program? Was it merely just an experiment to flex on other companies?

Hello all,
Please can someone identify this truck for me? I apologise for the poor quality of the photo, sadly beyond my control!
Many thanks,
Kerry.

Hi Sturm,
I think you're right. Compare it to this Latil M2TL6 from https://18daagseveldtocht.be/artillerie ... rtillerie/.

Hi Alif,
As George said this is a Ford V8. Depending on the motor it is a Model V8-G81A or V8-G92A Spezial Kabriolet from 1938-41.
