Can someboy identify these two lorries?

The first one is described as "GMC" in Lastwagen der Wehrmacht. But I have some doubts about that. The only thing that seems to be sure is, that it is an American heavy duty truck.

The second one seems to be American, too. But I coul'd not find an exact match.

Regards,

Holger.

Hi Holger:

I am reasonably sure both your vehicles are GMC brands.
The tractor seems to fit as a 1934 model.
The cargo truck I am more sure of as a 1935 model.
Please see attached brochure photos.
I would imagine both photos are from Norway where one could find many GMC trucks.

Hi Andrij:

It is an Opel and I think it is a 1.3 liter model. If not, it is then a 2 liter or a Super Six.
As you can see on Holger's site www.kfzderwehrmacht.de, it is very difficult to tell which model it is if you cannot see the grille masks which are the major difference.

Tank with V12 engine. Please identify

Post by Keessmit » 27 Mar 2011 09:59

Found this shot on another photo and cropped it. Photo was probably taken in the Tatra works and shows a light tank with Tatra V12 engine. Any idea what tank it is? My guess is a Hetzer, but I am by far not a tank specialist.
Thanks
Kees
