OK, Larry, best I can do.

With registration beginning with C313 is a Latil but I do not know the model.
With registration beginning with 78270 I believe is a Willeme based on the extra radiator tank.
With the square on the mudguard and the guy on the bonnet should be a Citroen 23U.
Behind the Willeme, the second one on the left, should be a Renault ADK.
Behind the Citroen is I believe a Renault, possibly a bus.
The Opel is a requisitioned civilian vehicle.

Hi Larry:

Just bear in mind that these are not all that positive, at least some of them. Only thing I am really sure of is that they are French.

Hi Larry:
I believe your car to be a Horch 8 5 liter Typ 500 of about 1930-31. Hard to tell the engine size, there were about 6 different engines in the 8 series from 1930 onwards, but I am sure it is an 8 model and of about that time frame.

Hi Larry:
This attachment will not come out too clear as I grabbed it off Google and it was teeny, tiny and did not resize will but it is almost a ringer for your car but in a contemporary setting.

Hi Larry:
If you Google Horch 8, it is on the third or fourth page. You can bring up the image about 4 times larger but it is apparently protected and I could not save the large image and had to go for the thumbnail and try to enlarge it. I'm not real good at photo editing, sadly. And yes, save for a couple of minor detail differences, the cars are almost identical.
