Your first photo is of a Lassalle.
Your third photo is of one of the first model of Kfz21 6-seater staff cars, based on the L2H143 Protze. The second model had a sloping bonnet similar to the Protze. Between the two models only a very small number were built, the one you show is from the Fuhrerbegleit Kommando column.

I just got called to lunch, but the first one is a 1938 LaSalle, maybe a series 50, maybe bigger.
