I believe it is a Polski-FIAT 508/518 light truck.

That looks the part, uncle. Maybe I'm wrong but it looks to me like the hubs are smaller. Maybe it's a smaller B-N Burglöwe?

Thank you very much, uncle. Yes, you're right that certainly does look like a '40 Chevy truck grill and front end on a European looking 4 door cabriolet body. Maybe a Benelux umbau?
