Алексей , I did think that it was a "Moscow" Division but I still can't see anything to do with Oryol on the side of that Ferdinand which I read as saying "This vehicle was captured along with its crew by soldiers of the 129th (that word) Division".

The 129th rifle division liberated the city of Orel on 4-5 august 1943.And therefore received the honorary name ”Orlovskaya”.

Sorry Алексей , I am plainly having a bad week, I see it now. Part of my problem was that I was looking for Oрлёвской and seeing Oрлoвской, why the change in spelling, I understand the change in pronounciation with two "O"s in the word but not the change in spelling.

Think this Ferdinand was captured with its crew whilst they slept.
