Have about ten rolls to digitize. All on loan. No time to read them through. 400pp per roll.

When I looked into this, most places wanted an about of money equal to the costs of purchasing the material from NARA directly. If you have the rolls, and you want to digitize them, do it yourself using a flatbed scanner. This is what I have done for many rolls. It takes a little while to figure out the details of how to do it, but its free if you have a flatbed scanner.
