Czechoslovakian Trial Records

Hello, I'm wondering who - if anyone - would archive Czechoslovakian trial records related to the execution of war criminals in the very immediate post-war period?

Specifically, I'm looking for any trial transcripts or similar records of a specific Czechoslovakian citizen executed in January 1946 at Pankrac Prison. Do such records still (or did they ever) exist? Would they be located in the National Archives in Chodov or are they held somewhere else?

I don't speak Czech, however, will be in Prague next month so if there is a place I could go to make copies of any applicable records and then bring them home for translation that would be great.
