I have found many of the OKH After Action Reports in NARA T78 R672, by surviving members of many German Heer and some LW units in Normandy and their withdrawal from northern France, to be very informative.
Not counting the post-war Foreign Military Studies, are there other recorded-during-wartime, After Action Reports on microfilm or elsewhere, similar to those in R672, by any surviving members of the Panzer, SS or Fallschirmjäger units? Such as 2nd SS or 17th SS Pz.Divs, or Fallsch.Jg.Rgts. 14, 15, 16? 352.I.D., 9.Pz.Div?
Thank you, Tom Zarnock
Seeking AARs by survivors of Panzer, SS, Fallschirmjager units in Normandy like the Heer reports in T78 R672?

There are some interviews circulated during the campaign in 1944-45 by Int (G2) 21 Army Group. Although he is not identified by name there is an account by Max Wunsche's of the fighting in July & August in the CAB historians' in house history of the breakout. A systematic study of the G2 Int war diaries may reveal others.
