I am looking for a document from the National Archive in Kew ( WO 208 5526 ) Coast defences Sylt and Röm

This SIR is also available in WO 208/3585 and probably from February 1944, maybe March.
This doesn't help you of course since UK NA Kew is under national lockdown due to the corona virus.
Neither file has been digitized by Kew.

These documents are somewhat popular, and it could well be that someone a copy. Have you asked on ww2talk? People there are very familiar with British archives.
