Latvian National Archives/eID for use for ordering audiovisual material.

Hi,

The Latvian National Archives hold some Ostland Woche videos I would like to order. Unfortunately I am not a resident of Latvia, and an "eID" is required to purchase audiovisual material from the archives website. Are there any members who have an eID who would perhaps order the pertinent materials? Obviously I would be happy to pay the cost and make a donation if someone can help.
