OKW documents from the former ww2stats site

I've tried asking this question before, but I wanted to know if the documents for the Wehrmacht Casualty Reports were actual scans of OKW documents, or if they were post-war documents that used OKW documents. These scans were on the former ww2stats.com website, which is partially available on the internet wayback machine.
