Berlin 45. BA invenio. Possible to request a record?

Im trying to find a copy of a report, "Der Kampf um Berlin im Verteidigungsabschnitt Dora" from Wolfgang Skorning. The signature is R 9361-V/150900, but it doesn't appear to have been digitized yet. Is there a way to order copies of it? It was referenced by someone in a way that would suggest it may be online, but Ive had no luck.

Along that same vein, is anyone here familiar with Berlin 1945 by Wolfgang Venghaus? He cites a "Archiv: D.Burgdorf USA" in a number of places, but Ive had no luck shining any further light on where, or more likely who, "D.Burgdorf" is/was. Figure it can't hurt to ask if anyone here may know...
