Post by CogCalgary » 14 Apr 2022 21:48

Any recommendations for experienced people that can conduct a photo research?

I'm actually looking into the same topic also...the Bundesarchiv has this page on their website that might be helpful to you

I've used Benjamin Haas and had good results and he charges 70 Euros per hour.

I know these guys never have their schedule fully booked, but I'm still amazed they hourly rate raises up to $10,000€/month.
(70€/h x 35h/week x 4 weeks/month = €9,800/month)

Just for taking pictures of documents.

For photo enhancement doesn't Invenio offer digital services?

It's fucking expensive, I used these services in the past. For comparison there is a guy who does the exact same thing at the UK National Archives and charges around 0.08 pence / page
