Looking for a document released by Generalmajor Erich Wüerst

I am looking for an order document of German pioneer commander Generalmajor Erich Wüerst, dated on 13.10.1944. This order is related to scorched earth tactics that German 20. A.O.K. was executing in North Finland in fall 1944. In that document GM Wüerst specifies which Finnish buildings and infrastructure shall be destroyed during retreat of German forces from North Finland. I have reviewed the microfilms T312 R1062 and T312 R1060 but did not find that particular document. Can anybody help me in finding out which microfilm I should be looking for?
