Archives and Institutions Online

#1

Post by Martin Månsson » 31 Jan 2004, 19:49

Much information can be obtained online, at least contact can be established to various archives and similiar institutions who have research information. In this sticky thread we'll list useful links to archives, museums, libraries etc. If you have or know a useful link, please post it in this thread.

Best regards
Martin

The link above labelled as that of The Polish Military Archives is rather that to a list of documents supplied by that institution to the US Library of Congress. Here is the actual link:

The German maps from Eastern Front 1941-45 (for example) are contained in National Archives, USA.

I don't know if it's a right post, but I need info about:

I'm searching for photos of " Awards personally bestowed by Hitler",
for my personel collection.
In most of the Book I saw, the pic is alway refer to " National Archive"
Did somebody is able to tell me if we have access to this photos by the
web or able to order from NARA.
More detail please.

Thanks / Bake
