this is one has some gems digitized: http://wwii.germandocsinrussia.org/ - note that you can only view single pages, I contacted their admin and they are working on a pdf export and it should ready in a few months.

FDR's presidential library is digitizing their vast collection, and have many documents available on their website.

I found this Link at WAF and it's a Gold mine for researchers , it has all Völklischer Beobachter from 38 to 45 ( Vienna Edition)
