Don’t think it’s correct as the plane in question also has what looks like a yellow “bar” in the white “belt” (4 + -).
The illustration only seems to have a yellow 4 (4 +)).
Could it be from the 6./JG 27 which seem to have had the extra “bar” on the planes?

Maybe this image of the other side is more clear if it’s the same plane... looks like a faded “bar” through the white.

Also worth looking at is what seems to be the missing “dark blob” camouflage shown on the illustration.

It's an early version, with dustbin, all 6 exhaust under the wing are visible, more likely B-1, or B-2

Hi von thoma,

Well, I think the dustbin ventral position was had by almost all the initial versions of the He 111, not only the B, and I am not able to distinguish the exhausts of the engines in the photo....

Thanks, Markus..

Probably you are right

According to this link, this plane could be a Ju 52/3m ce or nai or vai version
https://www.avrosys.nu/aircraft/Transpo ... 255Tp5.htm

The "ce" and "nai" civil versions was powered by Pratt & Whitney engines, Hornet or Wasp, according to Wikipedia.
However the Wasp was a much less powerful engine (around 450hp) compared to the Hornet (around 750hp) ... :?

About the "vai" version, I don`t have any information....

A captured Polish RWD 13
No, it is not RWD-13. It's a little bit similar, but fin and wings shapes, as well as undercarriage arrangement are completely different.
It's DH.85 Leopard Moth.

A funny thing, according to the late LEMB Stkz database, TD+IL belonged to Go 242 W.Nr. 0022 - so the registration had to be reused.
