With Galland, in 1941 - Who is it ?

Good evening,

Here are 2 pictures showing Adolf Galland in Audembert (northern France) in 1941, with an unknown man. One said it was a nazi party member, do you know who it is ? Many thanks for helping :)

Correct image position
One said it was a Nazi party member
Not necessarily a party member, he only wears a lapel button hole ribbon.
I think he is a personality from the aviation industry, or an aeronautical engineer.
