what is the meaning of the F and H?

F means Fernnaufklärer =long distance reconnaissance.

H means Nahaufklärungs=close reconnaissance.

Erkunder-Tagbomber, Aufklärer and Tagbomber-Aufklärer
what do they mean?
and what's the difference betweem them?

Here are some other terms in German for Luftwaffe combat plane squadrons:

Fernkampfgeschwader = long-range battle wing
Kampfgeschwader = battle wing
Jagdgeschwader = fighter wing
Nachtjagdgeschwader = night fighter wing
Stukageschwader = dive bomber wing

Fernkampfgeschwader = long-range battle wing
Kampfgeschwader = battle wing
Kampf- actually denotes a bomber unit or aircrfaft.

Then there are also e.g. Schlacht- (attack) and Zerstoerer- (heavy fighter) units/aircraft.

Lehrgeschwader, LG, Advanced Training.
Transportgeschwader ( 1943–45 ), TG, Transport aircraft.
Luftlandegeschwader, LLG, a Glider Geschwader for the Fallschirmjäger.
Stukageschwader = dive bomber wing
Sturzkampfgeschwader ( StG; Stuka Geschwader ) – Dive Bomber Geschwader equipped mainly with Ju 87; on 18 October 1943, most of them
were re-designated Schlachtgeschwader ( SG ).
Erprobungsgruppe, E Gr, Testing Wing.
Küstenfliegergruppe, K Fl Gr, Coastal Surveillance Wing.
Kampflehrgeschwader, KLG, Bomber Training Group.
Nachschlachtgeschwader, NSG, Night Air to Ground Support.
