The men are Luftwaffe personnel, but the plane doesn't look German. Or is it? I don't recognize it, but hope that someone here might do.

I think it a Ju 87
D series

Comparing it to other sources says that you are indeed right. I guess I was thinking too much of the B series canopy. There was too little of the fuselage visible to give me a hint on the ID. Well, thanks for the help!

Can you please tell me what this aircraft is? Have they been wrongly identified as Henschel Hs 123 ? I thought that had a radial engine....

Here's a better view of a Moth Major which looks almost identical to the LW type:

DH 82 would typically have inner N-struts to and a bigger cut out in the upper wing so am still sticking with DH 60; Also note the similar fairing under front cockpit.
