Re: Id. german aircraft
The pic is a bit akward becouse the gun barrel obstructs the view a bit. I don't see the window (rules out the F-2) or air vent under the front side of the windscreen and there looks to be a silica pallet on the first window of the opening part of the canopy. This leeds me to belive this is a high altitude fighter version. The shape of the U/C well also rules out the F versions. It is however not G-5 as it doen't have the characteristic gun bulges (identical to G-6) on the nose. I'd say a G-1/R-6
Unfortunatly there is not view of the oil cooler under the nose (the usual giveaway)

Re: Id. german aircraft
My data is from “Golden Years of Aviation” http://www.goldenyears.ukf.net/reg_index.htm .
Both your planes are visible at “Luftarchiv http://www.luftarchiv.de/index.htm?/flu ... /go145.htm , with no sub-type given for D-IALA, but D-IDCD is identified as “145D”
Both Wikipedia & Airwar.ru have no “145D” model, with Russian site identifies D-IDCD as “145B” http://www.airwar.ru/enc/other1/go145.html (I checked the D-IVEN from this site at “Golden Years” – both identify it as “145C”, so I believe airwar.ru have wrong identification for D-IDCD)
This description, given by modellers’ sites, sounds the best for me:
Go-145A: Zweisitziges Flugzeug mit hintereinander angeordneten offenen Pilotensitzen
Go-145B: über dem Motor befand sich ein starres MG zum Schießtraining
Go-145C: Mehrzweckflugzeug mit MG auf Drehkranz am hinteren Cockpit
Go-145D: Zweisitziges Flugzeug mit Kabinenaufbau und Radverkleidung
or
Go-145A Two seat open cockpit trainer
Go-145B Two seat gunnery trainer
Go-145C Multi role trainer for bombing and radio operators
Go-145D Two seater with enclosed cockpit and wheel pants

Yak-4

Btw, found also that Austrian Go-145 planes were "D" model... so, perhaps Go-145D was export-only model.
