Hard to tell exactly from this angle, but I'm 99% sure they are LT-F5b torpedoes (it's not F5w for sure).

Yes, they have exercise heads (übungskopf) - ref attached F5b drawing (note that the "zwischenring" with the anti-roll rudders on the drawing is an additional feature not present on all torpedoes).

I took this photo at the Polish Army Museum (Muzeum Wojska Polskiego) in Warshaw 10 years ago, showing two F5b torpedoes with übungskopf - one with and one without the zwischenring antiroll device:

Here is a similar photo to the one posted by Sturm78 earlier, but this time the torpedoes has warheads (pistols not mounted) as well as the zwischenring and wooden air-rudders:

Besides the two F5b's in Warshaw mentioned above, I only know four other F5 torpedoes still existing:
* One in Gdynia, Poland
* One in Prague, Czech Republic
* One in Oslo, Norway (the He111 exibition in the RNoN museum at Gardermoen - see attached photo)
* One at an unknown location (probably a german museum).

If someone knows about other surviving german WW2 torpedoes, please let me know so I can add them to my list:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/386 ... pedoes.pdf (missing/additional info and photos of the torpedoes I have on the list is also most welcome!).

The torpedo without the Zwischenring is still there, the one with the ring is not. I'd have to check if it was moved to their another facility, or just disappeared without trace (as some other German exhibits).

Hmm... I hope it turns up, as it's an unique object (too bad if it has ended up on private hands).
Please let me know if you figure out what happened to it.

SC 250, Gueteklasse III (also SC 250 B or K), filled with TNT (marked with number 14).

Yes, they are Transportkasten fuer SC 250.
