Ummhhh... I do not have a specific book on He111. My sources are "Bombers of World War II" edited by David Donald of 1998
In this book is mentioned a bombs load of 2500Kg for H-5 and 3000Kg for H-21 with Jumo 213 engines.

The 1st one is the SC 500 B, but the third one looks rather like the SC 250 for me.

Flam C 500 C (two red rings for incendiary bomb are clearly seen) and SC 1000 L 2 or SD 1700 (one'd have to carefully check dimensions; on the other hand, the stripe on the tail cone looks a little bit dark for yellow, while SD 1700 was marked with an unique yellow-blue-yellow stripe).
