Re-use of Destroyed Aircraft Codes in Luftwaffe?

Hello. I would like to know whether the codes of a destroyed Luftwaffe aircraft was used again in a same or different type of a/c in that Geschwader. For example, the Me110D having codes 5F+CM was downed in 1940. Was there no other 5F+CM plane in Luftwaffe after this date, or is it possible?

Hello!

Yes of course they were reused. They indicated the Staffel and the aircraft within the Staffel.
