I see form various source (Ju 87 Book, Wikipedia) about D3 was improve armour protection for from D1 version but i didn't found any detail about it (About thickness, shape, dimension). I've some detail as per attachment.
Did anyone have detail about it.

Ju87D examined by the British at Gambut, 14 Nov 1942:

Pilot's welded bucket seat, 8mm back, 4mm sides and seat, 10mm head armour.
8mm rear gunner's bulkhead.
5mm floor armour.
5mm plates above in roof of gun turret.
2x 8mm sliding plates closing round the gun breeches. Rear gun mounting is also of very thick steel construction.
3.5mm plates protect each coolant radiator. One in the front flap, one in the rear flap and one underneath radiator itself.
No bullet-proof glass fitted.

The only apparent difference between the D-1 and the D-3 is that the D-3 has in addition a bullet-proof glass windshield for the pilot, 5mm armour at the sides of and below the oil cooler and 5mm oil cooler shutters, also 2 plates 8mm thick screwed on to the outside of the fuselage at the bottom and sides immediately in front of the wing, which would protect the pilot to a certain extent from shots below or from the side.
