I have search this issue and i get different information from different sources. Is there one source which is more reliable including with unit location?

An example:
http://www.ww2.dk/air/recon/aufklg12.htm does not list 3.(H)/12 anywhere near Bulgaria.

Air War for Yugoslavia lists 3.(H)/12 as attached to 2 Armee.
