I am planning to stop off at Walpersberg on the way back from Colditz, in the spring. I understand that there is a memorial to those who died, and that underground access is not possible, but is there much to see?

Dieter,

Thank you for that - I had focused on the English language parts of the site so had missed that. (Unfortunately my German only allows me to order a couple of beers!) Google Translate has shown me what I am missing.
