ICO = idle cutoffthe fuel was selected to P1+P2 and the ICO forward (run), Initially, the engine was primed for 8 strokes after pressure was felt.
idle cutoff. The position of the mixture control in a reciprocating engine that closes a valve, stopping the flow of fuel and thus causing the engine to stop. Move the mixture control toward idle cutoff and monitor the tachometer.
I assume this refers to the startup procedure of the cold engine (electric fuel pump). Fuel injection at the cylinder intakes.the engine was primed for 8 strokes after pressure was felt.
