For me Hitler wasn"t the only reason regarding the delay (some documentary on the fighters seem to only mention Hitler for the delay but nothing else, do they want to make this aircraft look like a war changer or a invincible plane?)

Dan Sharp published a book last year titled Messerschmitt Me 262: Development & Politics, and it will help you understand the true degree to which Hitler's call for the Me 262 to be adapted for use as a fighter-bomber affected deployment of the Me 262.

Toward the end of the war, the SS took over all advanced projects. SS General Hans Kammler was named Inspector of All Jet Fighters. He personally supervised construction which had moved to purpose built underground installations. A few hidden installations were built as low buildings in a forested area. These were designated Kuno I and Kuno II.
