I am looking for information about "Bauleitung der Luftwaffe" in general and more particularly on that of Quiberville and Pourville sur Mer which were close to Dieppe in Normandy in Seine Inferieure.

Francois -

Bauleitung d.Lw. simply means "Luftwaffe Construction Directorate". It had overall supervisory responsibilities for construction projects paid for by the Luftwaffe and that came under the Luftwaffe in a specified area, district, territory or region. Each of these subordinated a number of Bauamt d.Lw., each of which supervised a single construction job or site.
