fw 190 D CS+IA confusion

Hello, I've doing research on the dora since I'm planing to build the eduard one but I'm confused about this aircraft ,sometimes it's refered to the D13 prototype sometime to the D12 and sometime ,it's also refered as the V63 (while I usualy see it being name V65) ,I'll look Crandall book(the volume 2 of the fw 190 dora) to see if it help but I'm not sure

I readed jerry crandall book on the D11/D13 and it seem that the CS+IA can be both a D12 or a D13/R11 depending on witch german document you use
