Currently reading Knights of the Battle of Britain by Chris Goss.It mentions a Stuka shot down in Norway, i believe on 2nd June 1940 piloted by Leutnant Klaus Kubel and Gunner Unteroffizier Rudolf Tribulowski. Both crew survived the crash, but were killed shortly after by Polish soldiers. I doubt the 2 pilots were killed in gunfight against much better armed soldiers and more likely surrendered, but i suppose it's possible. The more likely alternative seems to be murdered in cold blood after surrendering and a war crime was committed.
Does anyone have more details of what happened?
Thank you.

Re: Details on Luftwaffe crew killed by Polish troops in Norway.
Lt Kubel made a force landing at Fagernes/Beisfjord, having been attacked by a Hurricane of No. 46 Squadron, piloted by F/Sgt Taylor. The Stuka crew were taken prisoner by Polish troops and shot shortly thereafter. His R/O-Gnr, Uffz Rudolf Tribulowski, also shot (Flyvrak Norway).
