MALTA AIR-RAID SUBMARINE VICTIM

Hello to all, nice to find you here!

I would like to ask, if someone knows, how I can search for information about an air raid that took place at Malta on 4th April 1942 at about 1130. The raid resulted in the sinking of the submarine GLAFKOS. To my understanding, the sinking by a single JU87 would lead to the decoration of the pilot (whose name I am looking for) or the AIR UNIT where the aircraft came from and somehow it must be known.

I would generally appreciate any information about details on the participating LUFTWAFFE units on that day's air raid!
