Roadsign Luftflotte 2 Italy

Hello
can anyone explain the insignia on this road sign, in particular what unit is "Sch 4"?

The one on top designates the Stab (HQ and staff) of II. Fliegerkorps (not Luftflotte 2).
The one on the bottom designates the Stab of Schlachtgewschwader 4 (Ground Attack Wing 4).
The circle with the crossed cannons and the number "2" is unknown to me but is possibly Heer (Army) rather than Luftwaffe, due to the absence of wings in the design.

the crossed cannons are on both signs, on the one above they are in a shield with an eagle, so maybe just a varioation of the same insignia for II. Fliegerkorps?
