Ingenieurkorps der Luftwaffe, in german language

especially their development, duties etc.

If you can find the Bundesarchiv-published 1963 book "Die Laufbahnen in der früheren Luftwaffe: das Ingenieurkorps der Luftwaffe ; Aufstellung, Ergänzung, Rechtsverhältnisse, Besoldung, Versorgung", the title at least looks promising.
